For starters you have done the equivalent of taking every pill in your medicine cabinet in hopes that one of them will cure you. There is no telling what damage that can do to your system. Never blindly install codec paks without first understanding the one codec that you need to fix a particular problem. Then only install that one codec.
What you missed is that MOV files use Quicktime which has nothing to do with codec paks.
What happened is that Apple quality control is not as good as they think it is and their latest update to Quicktime 7.6.6 has broken Vegas Pro's ability to correctly process MOV files.
What you need to do is download an older version of QuickTime 7.6.0 and turn off Apples automatic updates so they don't bite you again. ;-)
