En el Studio 8 es muy fácil e intuitivo, me he pasado a premiere 6.5 pero no encuentro por ningún lado dónde meter la voz.
Seguro que debe ser una tontería pero ...

Es por que el premiere no tiene esa opcion, que yo sepa.

Creo recordar que Premiere 6.0 permitía capturar audio, usando el programa de captura que se le especificará en Preferencias.
Para hacerlo con Pro tienes que capturar la voz por tu cuenta, con la grabadora de sonidos, por ejemplo, y despues importarlo.

Te recomiendo un programa llamado "Audacity". Es TOTALMENTE GRATUITO, muy sencillo de usar y bastante completo. La única pega, a primera vista, es que no puede exportar a mp3. Por lo demás, muy notable.

  To capture an audio source or voiceover:

Connect the audio source or microphone to the sound input port on your computer or sound card. If necessary, choose Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware to configure the input device; see "Setting a track's input source" on page 213.
If you are recording a voiceover and want to preview the timeline as you record, position the current-time indicator in the Timeline window a few seconds before the time when you want the voiceover to begin.
In the Audio Mixer window, click the Record Enable button  for any tracks on which you want to record audio.

In the Audio Mixer window, click the Record button for the sequence. Adobe Premiere Pro prepares the sequence for recording but moves the playhead only when you press the Play button.
Select Meter Input(s) Only in the Audio Mixer window menu.
Test the input levels by playing the audio source or speaking into the microphone.
When you're done testing, you may want to deselect Meter Input(s) Only in the Audio Mixer window menu.
Play the audio source or start speaking into the microphone. Watch the Audio Mixer level meters to ensure that the input levels for record-enabled tracks are high enough without clipping.
Be ready to start the audio source or prepare to speak. Click the Play button in the Audio Mixer, and then start the audio source or start speaking.
If no audio is recorded or you can't hear your source audio, try playing the audio through the computer's speaker system without recording. If you still can't hear it, the audio source may not be properly connected. Check hardware connections, settings in Audio Hardware preferences (choose Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware), settings in Control Panel's Sounds and Audio Devices, and the documentation that came with your computer and sound card.

Si lo hace, bueno al menos las instruccciones asi lo indican, qunque yo nunca pude lograr que grabara mi voz.

La verdad es que esta opcion no va muy brillante yo lo he probado y tengo que meter el micro y desactivar la audicion de esa pista porque hace eco. Desactivandola va bien
