Haciendo caso a poucopelo (mi "gurú" particular ),

La pérdida de calidad será mínima si exportas con una resolución igual al original y un bitrate igual o superior.
Lo he hecho con el Vegas (probando con varios formatos). Al final he obtenido buenos resultados con el siguiente formato:
